Parent’s Guide

Player safety is of utmost importance to Cartax. Old or young, we want those who choose to game with us to have a good time and be protected while doing it. Cartax does its best to go the extra mile to keep young players protected.

• 1. We uphold Microsoft’s standards with privacy and online safety, including their community sift chat filter, Xbox family parental controls, and more. Please read about Xbox family safety procedures here.

• 2. We work with a large staff of volunteer moderators to better filter what is happening on our servers.

We strive to make our servers as creative, interactive, and positive as possible, but they will never take the place of Real Life interactions.

The chat filter is there to reduce exposure to online bullying, profanity, and other harmful forms of communication. It does its best, but as is life, nothing is ever perfect.
